Added RegCCD and OptRegCCD

To install this pre-release,

  • create a package directory (if it already exists, remove all its files and subdirectories)
for Windows in Users\<YourName>\BEAST\2.7\CCD
for Mac in /Users/<YourName>\/Library/Application Support/BEAST/2.7/CCD
for Linux /home/<YourName>/.beast/2.7/CCD
  • download the zip file
  • unzip the file in the CCD directory just created
