Contributes to #6472
This PR fixes the webhook documentation that had been mixed together. It restores the Environment Webhooks section in Environment Settings (previously missing), removes the Audit Log Webhooks section from the Identity webhooks page, and clarifies the Identity webhooks use case for analytics processing, cohort analysis, and A/B testing. It also adds the complete payload schema to the Audit Log webhooks page and clearly separates webhook configuration from audit log event types, so readers can tell what applies to webhooks versus the audit log itself. The three webhook types (Identity, Environment, and Audit Log) are now documented separately with their own use cases, payloads, and setup instructions.
