made the PatchManager type-agnostic based on immersive (enablePatches + ProduceWithPatches) and added fractional indexing for key components (via lazy fractional indexing). The JsonPatch format and events/apply are preserved, so CollaborativeManager works as before. Updated/added tests for the new pipeline.
