Refactored PatchManager to rely on stable UIDs with object tracking (components, rules, data sources, assets, pages, selectors) and fractional JSON keys. Restored support for custom adapters (registration, event binding, patch generation), extended adapter types/exports, fixed apply/undo/redo for collections and rules/data, normalized internal options, and updated tests to new UID-based paths. All patch_manager tests pass.
