Make vkb::ForwardSubpass a unified class vkb::rendering::subpasses::ForwardSubpass<bindingType>

Description

Next unified class on C- and C++-bindings.

This "unification" without a prior HPP-version of ForwardSubpass is necessary to unify classes that actually use this ForwardSubpass class.

Build tested on Win11 with VS2022. Run tested on Win10 with NVidia GPU.

Changes look good to me. Can't do a full batch run right now sadly due to #1454. Will review once that gets resolved.
