• https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/21066 Removed ModelSequenceFormat from mod.yaml and adds VoxelCache and ModelRenderer traits to the World actor
• #21598 and #21623 Changed how the mod references packages in mod.yaml, adding a FileSystem root node and changing the syntax for the Assemblies node.
• The Translations node was renamed to FluentStrings.
