Motivation
Adds support for half, half2, bfloat16 and bfloat162 datatypes for atomicAdd. These are supported in CUDA Compute(https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/archive/11.5.0/cuda-c-programming-guide/index.html?utm_source=chatgpt.com#atomicadd)
