Add bug fix for 4024.55 and 4026.3 based on email notification from Beckhoff:

Dear Customers,

We have received a few reports of random changes of date and time in the real time clock (RTC) by significant amounts (usually multiple centuries or more). These changes may result in high system utilization and influence system stability.
This notice applies to the following operating systems and hardware platforms:
64-bit Windows 10 OS (LTSB 2016, LTSC 2019, and LTSC 2021)
CPU architectures: Intel® processors from 7th to 13th generation (Core™-i, Celeron®, Pentium®), Intel Atom® x5 / x6 and AMD
TwinCAT 3.1 build: 4024.47, 4024.50, 4024.53, 4024.54, 4026.0, and 4026.2
non-isolated (shared) cores used for the TwinCAT tasks
(no problems on systems that ONLY have isolated cores)

Though instances of these issues have been rare, one of the following steps should be taken to safeguard the performance of any running systems.
Update to TwinCAT 3.1 build 4024.55 / 4026.3 or higher
or
Update the real-time driver on your current version of TwinCAT

(www.beckhoff.com -> Downloadfinder -> Search for “TcRTime” -> “TcRTime fix for 4024.47 / 4024.50 / 4024.53 / 4024.54 / 4026.0 / 4026.2 to prevent time jumps”)

If your system is already affected by this issue (as indicated by slow/unusable system performance and an incorrect system date such as beyond 3001) or if you have further questions, please contact our support team at Support form | Beckhoff USA.

Best regards,

The TwinCAT Product Management Team, Service Department, and Support Department
