Snipaste does not collect any of your personal data.
All screenshots and images processed by Snipaste are kept local, under the history folder. It is your responsibility to keep them safe and private.
- For Windows Store versions, Snipaste does not require network access.
- For other version, Snipaste will connect to network only when it checks for updates. At that time, Snipaste will collect the following information:
- Snipaste's version (e.g.

zh_cn) - OS version (e.g.
