Description

This patch is switched to use the CDN of SourceForge.net (23 mirrors) as default storage of our stars catalogs.

Fixes #4412 (issue)

OK, so stars8 downloaded successfully. I think all the large files should be moved to the new host, so that e.g. #4458 could also be solved.

I think all the large files should be moved to the new host, so that e.g. #4458 could also be solved.

All our packages are bigger 300 MB and we have already mirror for our packages, so, I against moving all packages to sourceforge.
