Hi, I'm Allan 👋

CTO at LiORA, building the first environmental intelligence platform.

Former CTO at Humi, where I led engineering through acquisition by Employment Hero (C$100M+, January 2025). Built Phoenix/Elixir-based HRTech platform serving thousands of Canadian businesses with payroll, benefits, and HR management; processing over $2B CAD annually in payroll.

Nearly two decades scaling engineering teams at eCommerce, FinTech, and HRTech startups. Built and sold SiteGuardian.dev in 2023, a security monitoring platform. I focus on sustainable growth—building teams that ship reliably without burning out.
