Proposed changes

• add the schema name to the context
• when validating eos_designs data, check if any root key is an eos_cli_config_Gen key and if so store it as feedback
• add pyvalidation mapping
• add a function on schema store to returm a list of top level keys for a given schema
• add tests for rust and for python
