v1.0.0 - let's start tagging releases

This project has been evolving over years, mostly doing a pretty good job allowing ppl to re-run setup on their existing pipelines to upgrade them.

With github releases we'll be able to communicate reasons to upgrade pipelines and any steps for upgrading.
