Run cargo fmt with default settings

My editor does this on save by default - it would be nice to get everything formatted so my future work can be seen cleanly without mixing in formatting changes

As you can see, I'm not super active on this repo. I wanted to use kitchen-fridge on a GUI app, but I turned out to be disappointed by the UI abilities in pure Rust, and gave up trying, and hence stopped using it, and hence stopped maintaining it :-(

Also, I'm not a fan of formatters, and these are two reasons for me not to have reviewed this MR (and since the other ones build on top of this one, I have not reviewed them either).

However, on the brighter side, if you're still using this crate and want to be a co-maintainer (and want to merge these MRs, keep building kitchen-fridge, and publish new versions to crates.io), just tell me and we can arrange this, because your MRs look good and deserve being used by others!
