Added files for V4 and V5 cases

  • V4_A8_R8_G8_B8.bmp: 32-bit RGBA with 8-bit alpha channel using BITMAPV4HEADER
  • V4_R5_G6_B5.bmp: 16-bit RGB565 format (5:6:5) using BITMAPV4HEADER
  • V5_A1_R5_G5_B5.bmp: 16-bit RGBA with 1-bit alpha (1:5:5:5) using BITMAPV5HEADER

Generated reference filles for these and also for the cases added for icc profile which were missing reference.
