Thanks for the rebase.

I wonder why the error manifested here where there is no change of the generated manifest checksums. I would expect it to be green. Anyways...

Manifest checksums ignore repository URLs, which is what changed here. The failure is because we don't have the new PQC keys in the repo configs. I'll get to it today.

These were already added to the production repo configs under
data/repositories/ (3b13de7).
Adding them to the test repository configs now.

Of course, the host rpm (Fedora 42) can't import the new keys. I'll fix that too, but might do it separately.
