[full-ci][tests-only] test: migrate application-menu.feature to playwright

Description

Converts application-menu.feature end-to-end test from Cucumber/Gherkin to Playwright
Removes the applicationMenu.feature file as the test scenarios are now implemented in Playwright spec format
Adds accessibility checks for text editor UI elements
