Fix grammar in Volto development overview

Documentation grammar fix

There is a small grammatical issue in the Volto documentation. In docs/source/development/overview.md, the sentence currently reads:

"As is the case with similar modern JavaScript-based applications, you should be familiar the following foundational topics."

Suggested correction:

"As is the case with similar modern JavaScript-based applications, you should be familiar with the following foundational topics."

Steps to reproduce:

Open Volto UI development docs
Read the paragraph under the heading Foundation
