Implemented syntax highlighting customisation by specifying themes from chroma
Modified CLI to have flags to input syntax highlighting theme
Modified Render function in SVG renderer

When unspecified, the existing defaults are used as fallback (github for light and catppuccin-mocha for dark modes)
