Hi there 👋 I'm Valentina (Tina)

  • 🔭 I’m currently focused on leveraging sourcing tools, social platforms, and Boolean wizardry to surface passive talent that few others can reach. The trick? My approach is defined by empathy and transparency

  • 🌱 I’m currently diving into Zapier and Claude to make processes more efficient

    My credentials

  • ✨ 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition. I’ve worked in both smaller and bigger teams, leading up to 12 members, adapting to different challenges, and wearing different hats to anticipate hiring needs and build robust talent pools and pipelines

  • ⚡ I thrive in fast-paced, globally distributed environments. I’ve juggled more than 20 roles simultaneously with my eyes closed (with four eyes quite open, actually, considering I wear glasses)

  • 🪶 Testing and refining outbound strategies? Don't threaten me with a good time! I love A/B testing, and I'll draft messages based on hypotheses. One of my favorite ones (which achieved a 60% response rate) started like this: "A data analytics platform and a VC-funded startup walk into a bar, and both of them want you to be their next Ruby on Rails engineer."

  • 🦔 A genuine interest in open-source and PostHog: I love the transparency, trust, and community growth that come from open-source. When I first saw your website, it gave me early 2000s nostalgia in the best way possible, and I can tell from PostHog's handbook that I'll hit the ground running
