getWeekfromVuetifyDateAdapter, only slightly adapted for Temporal.Some tests use
adapter1/adapter2because in Vuetify locale used to resolvefirstDayOfWeekandminimalDaysunder the hood. We can do something similar here, or callnew Intl.Locale(...).getWeekInfo(). If the intention is to use locale only for formatting, then some of the new tests can be simplified.
