The content of the field features includes: “You can also test your website for environmental friendliness in Eco-Mode according to WSG 1.0.". Any reference functionalities other than accessibility evaluation should be avoided.

The field “guideline” includes "WCAG 2.2", "WCAG 2.1", "WCAG 2.0", but the field features only refers to WCAG 2.2.

The field “guideline” includes “WCAG 2.0”. It is not clear that the user can choose WCAG 2.0 in a evaluation.

The content of field “type” is "Desktop application", but on the tool's website, it appears to be an online tool.

If it is a desktop application, then the accessibility statement in https://ninjascan.ai/AccessibilityStatement.html would not be appropriate, because it is about a website, not about a desktop application.

The tool webpage includes claims such as:

  • "The only complete audit for accessibility & sustainability"
  • After clicking on 'Test your website for free': "Our reports include both WCAG 2.2 and the EU Accessibility Act (EAA) standard EN 301 549 — ensuring full legal compliance."

It also states that the tool "Meets legal requirements (BFSG), reduces barriers, and makes your website accessible to all."

This seems to suggest that the tool can check all aspects of compliance. @josehilera Would you please ask the vendor to provide evidence or clarification of these claims?
