This PR is a proposal to use the latest
oxcamlbranch ofjs_of_ocaml(cc @vouillon), which appears to have too many changes to ship as individual patches (also it would be easier for the community to maintain if we just point to the public branch). In particular, this branch fixes some issues with parameterised libs which are required for the incremental compilation with jsoo in dune (ocaml/dune#13414).
